Located in a small, gated community, we are only 4 miles from Broadway (about a ten minute Uber ride).

For any grocery needs, Kroger is located on the same block as the community and is about a two minute walk from the townhome.
For hard alcohol, Wendell Smiths Liquor Store is about half a mile away.
There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive of our homes along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.
For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.
For nearby brunch and coffee shops, check out The Cafe at Thistle Farms- a cafe with a fantastic cause and great brunch menu. Cafe at Thistle Farms heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking and prostitution. Big Bad Breakfast, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Frothy Monkey cafe are also located nearby.
For nearby restaurants, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is a Nashville staple, M.L. Rose Craft Beet and Burgers and Caffe Nonna are also recommended restaurants nearby.

The garage fits two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must park on the street or the large Kroger lot next door.
Notice for Weekday Reservations:
Our trash day is on Tuesday. Our handyman will take the trash cans out from the garage to the front curb on Monday evening, and bring the trash can back inside on Tuesday evening. They only enter directly through the garage to take the trash cans out.

This Airbnb is just as shown and described in the pictures! Decor was Nashville to a T. There was truly everything we needed and more. Courtney was an amazing and responsive host with fabulous recommendations and coupons for a variety of vendors that we used during our stay. We had to extend our checkout and Courtney was extremely flexible and let us for a minor fee. The location is not bad if you have a car. Due to the size of our group we did not, and we had to Uber everywhere where we went. There’s a lot close to the Airbnb, but not walkable distances. Overall our stay was fabulous and I would 10/10 recommend this rental and any others that Courtney owns.
This place was absolutely perfect for a bachelorette weekend in Nashville. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up for a group—plenty of room to get ready together, relax, and celebrate. The decor was fun and stylish, which made it feel special right when we walked in. The location was ideal—easy to get to Broadway, restaurants, and all the fun Nashville spots, but still felt comfortable and convenient for the whole group. The beds were comfortable, amenities were thoughtful, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). The host was fantastic—clear communication, easy check‑in, and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for such a memorable weekend. Highly recommend for any group trip, especially a bachelorette party!
So ideal for a girls trip and there’s so much To the air bnb too she really did a great job and all the beds are super comfy the layout of the place is awesome and everyone gets they’re own bathroom which we loved it’s about a 15 minutes drive anywhere in nashvill (gulch printers ally etc) we can really appreciate the easy clean up instructions. Only thing is we needed more towels and couldn’t find the dart boards. This place has such a wow factor it’s so unique so much to admire
Can’t recommend enough! The place was gorgeous, and clean! My girls were floored with everything, all the photo op opportunities. It truly made my bachelorette a dream. There is also a grocery store next door which we walked to for water and home supplies, super convenient. Location felt safe and clean and close enough to the city where Ubers were not too expensive but distant enough for a quiet girls game night in to relax. Courtney was responsive and attentive to any questions even before our arrival. So many discount codes for cute activities! Def recommend the Honky Tonk party bus! Courtney even had feminine care products such as pads and tampons in the drawers which came in handy! So thoughtful! Definitely don’t hesitate to book for a flawless trip!
We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH! My fiance and I did a joint Bach party and everyone loved the atmosphere, girls and guys! The home was decorated so creatively and was such a perfect way to start the mood of our trip! There were so many items available to use - paper towels, trash bags, coffee, plates, cups, etc. that most places don't offer! She even had little touches in the bathrooms that were amazing - makeup towels, makeup pads and other little goodies. We really appreciated the discounts we were offered and used a few of them during our stay. All around, a great experience and couldn't have asked for anything better.
This was such a great place! Was here for my sisters bachelorette with 10 girls and we all fit comfortable. I cooked breakfast and everything I needed was there. Courtney was a great host and always got right back to me with my questions. Extended the day and it was soo worth it. The room to get ready in was soo cute and perfect. Soo many different spots to take photos. I would 100% recommend this place
