Step into the bright and airy great room where natural light pours in, highlighting colorful decor, stylish furnishings, and tons of Insta-worthy photo ops. The spacious, island kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances and seating for your whole group—perfect for casual meals, morning mimosas, or late-night snacks.
Each of the beautifully designed bedrooms offers a private en-suite bathroom, giving everyone their own space and comfort.

We are located about 4 miles from Broadway when you drive straight down Charlotte Ave, or about a 10 minute Uber ride.
There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.
For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.

We had such an amazing stay! The place was absolutely adorable! Every corner had the cutest decor, we had so much fun taking pictures throughout the house. Courtney was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we couldn’t find something, and very accommodating overall. ☺️Everything was smooth from start to finish. Parking was super easy also. I would 100% recommend this place for any group of girls looking for a fun, cute, and memorable stay!
Our stay at the Pink Cowgirl was nothing short of spectacular!! We had a bachelorette group of 7 and were super comfortable in the space, we could have fit 3-4 more easily. It was spacious, well stocked, around the corner from the grocery store. There was a fat stack of leftover cowgirl hats and decor and games. Great spot, would book again.
The Pink Cowgirl was a whole vibe for my bachelorette weekend in Nashville with my girlfriends! It was in a safe location, very clean, and had enough space for the 8 of us. There was a ton of leftover party decorations from previous bachelorettes/groups, which was fun to use! The house was exactly as described and we appreciated the photo-ops inside the house. It’s definitely a bit of a drive to the Gulch and Broadway, but myself and a few others in my group have been to Nashville a handful of times so it didn’t bother us, but would keep that in mind if you’re someone who likes to walk to places! The grocery store was walkable though and that made it very convenient for us when we first checked in. Courtney was also a wonderful host - quick to respond and provided a ton of promo codes for different activities in Nashville. If you’re looking for a cute, girly, spacious AirBnB, then this is it!
We appreciated staying at The Pink Cowgirl! It was so cute and the space was nice for our group. We really liked how close the grocery store was and the location in general was good. The house had all the kitchen amenities we could ask for as we cooked several meals for 8 while there! It was so nice having a bathroom for every bedroom and made getting ready quick for our group. We would stay there again!
Just had my 21st and had an absolute blast here! I had seven other people with me and it was so accommodating! Has trundle beds under every bed! Squeaky clean and had many towels and blankets for us. We arrived earlier than our check in time and Courtney immediately responded and let us check in three hours earlier! Really feels like home and is beautifully decorated- we got the most amazing photos in here! Highly recommend the Pink Cowgirl- you will not be disappointed. Little noisy in the morning with the construction right in the back but we couldn’t even complain. Best Airbnb in Nashville! Broadway St. was a 10-15 minute car ride- not bad at all. Felt very safe with the gates as well. Thanks Courtney!
Stayed here for my birthday with 9 other friends. So much space for everyone, amazing decor for photos, homey feel to the house. Would definitely stay here again!
