Guests have full, private access to the townhome
For any grocery needs, Kroger is located on the same block as the community and is about a two minute walk from the townhome.
For hard alcohol, Wendell Smiths Liquor Store is about half a mile away.
There are multiple local bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive of our homes along Charlotte Ave. L&L Market is an indoor vintage marketplace that has a brewery, shops, food and is home to Culture & Co.- the rotating conveyor belt displaying cheese, charcuterie boards, and wine.
For nearby bars, check out Streetcar- a new pub and beer garden with an outdoor patio in a restored, turn-of-the-century commercial building. Fat Bottom Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and Bassline Brewing Company are all located nearby as well.
For nearby brunch and coffee shops, check out The Cafe at Thistle Farms- a cafe with a fantastic cause and great brunch menu. Cafe at Thistle Farms heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking and prostitution. Big Bad Breakfast, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Frothy Monkey cafe are also located nearby.

The garage fits two vehicles. Any additional vehicles must park on the street or the large Kroger lot next door.
Notice for Weekday Reservations
Our trash day is on Tuesday. Our handyman will take the trash cans out from the garage to the front curb on Monday evening, and bring the trash can back inside on Tuesday evening. They only enter directly through the garage to take the trash cans out.

Beautiful place to stay and very safe feeling with the gated access and garage parking. Everything looked exactly like the photos and the place was even better in person. Beautiful rooms and bathroom, gorgeous kitchen, and a homey feeling living room. Having a roof top with a seating area was amazing as well. Location was amazing, being only 15 minutes or so from Broadway was perfect. Having a local grocery store right next to the complex was perfect for when we wanted to cook homemade meals. Courtney was also very responsive and kind with any and all questions we had. Couldn’t have found a better place to stay!
We had a great stay at the Howdy House. The host was very responsive and helpful. The townhome is very well stocked with essentials (coffee, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, etc). The location is close to many restaurants and of course the Kroger is quite convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
We had 2 families (total 5 people) in this space and it was great. We loved the middle floor with kitchen and TV- fun gathering place. Had a few nights where we hung out up on the rooftop -loved it. Access to the freeway was easy. Most anywhere we went was 10-15 minutes- downtown, Germantown, Roze Cafe, etc. And only 30 minutes to Franklin. Great space and we will be back next time we are in Nashville!
Five woman away for the weekend and it was perfect. Beautiful home, the house was spotless, comfortable beds, nice linens. Plenty of room for us to have our own space and gather together on the main floor. Host very responsive with questions.All five of us agree that we would stay here again.
Stayed in this beautiful accommodation with family for a family occasion. Perfectly located to drive the almost anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Very spacious and well laid out. Extremely comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend
